I just want to give my most sincere thanks for the superb job you did on my order!  My order just wasn’t any plain old order, and you fulfilled my requests beyond my expectations!

The pendant you etched for me is a memoir for my father.  The photo is of my only sibling that was murdered in 1998 at the tender age of 20 years old.  He is truly missed in our hearts, and this pendant is a special gift to my father today for his 51st birthday.  

When I placed the order (Monday, January 30th), I was sure that I would not receive it until about a week or so later.  However, when I came into work today (Wednesday, February 1st), I had a package sitting on my desk.  I peeked at the label and saw “Golden Reflections” on it.  I was excited to open the package, and I broke down into tears when I saw the finished product.  Not only did you ease my mind so that I didn’t have to go shopping at the last minute for another gift, you also so graciously included a free gift!!!  Now, THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Once again, I’d like to thank you so much for turning around my order SO quickly!  But even more so, thank you for producing such a beautiful product of such high quality.

Dear Folks:   I don't know how I can thank you enough for the quick service you have given me.  I sent my order by fedex on Wednesday morning March 20 on my way to work, hoping that I hadn't left it to late in order to receive my pendant by April 5.  I was afraid that with the Good Friday and Easter Monday holidays that it might not  arrive in time for my daughters 16 birthday on the 7th of April.  You can only image my surprise and delight today ( Friday March 22 ) when the post person arrived with my package.  The pendant is beautiful and I'm sure  it is something that she will always treasure.

Just wanted to let you know that I purchased one of your charms from Twain Jewellers here in London, Ontario for my Mom at Mother's Day. I had my Dad's photo engraved on it. You see my Dad passed away two years ago and I thought this would be a great way for her to have him with her where ever she went.

Hi, I was in Savoy’s Jewelers located in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, Canada. They had this Stainless Steel engraved Picture Frame that was about 3” x 5”. It was just awesome. I am getting married this summer and I would really like to get our wedding picture engraved like that. I want to know if you do special orders? On a much bigger frame. Like an 8” x 10” or 10” x 13”.  Or could you tell me how big you can make them?
