How will I get my photo to you?
1. There are two ways we can get your photo:  through conventional mail or through e-mail.  If you choose conventional mail, be sure to insert a strong cardboard backing to protect your photo during the delivery process.  Send the photo with sufficient postage to:

2. If you prefer to send the photo through e-mail, please adhere to the following restrictions:
- The image must be at least 300dpi and be larger than 2" by 3".
- Acceptable formats are JPEG/TIFF/BMP.  (we will not accept GIF images)
- Be sure that the image size does not exceed 5MB.
- Photos may be in BW or colour.

E-mail the photo to photos@goldenreflections.com, Once received, the photo(s) will be examined and tested for quality and if they are not acceptable, we will send you an immediate reply detailing any problems that have been found.

How will my photo be cropped?
Your images will be automatically cropped to show the face and neck area unless otherwise noted in the  box.  If any merging of different images is required, please specify the instructions here.  Please check the price list for the additional charges for these services.
 

How do I know if my photo is good enough for your engraving process?
REMEMBER, when choosing a photo, a high quality photo will translate to a high quality photo engraving.  Generally, if the photo is slightly blurred, or if the photo paper is scratched or dimpled, these deficiencies will also appear on the engraving as well.
 

 Will my photo get returned to me later on?
Golden Reflections will send your photo back in the exact condition it was given along with the your completed order.  For safety reasons, please remember to write your name and telephone number on the back of your photograph, and if you have your PSIGate invoice number, include it as well. Golden Reflections  will not take responsibility for any loss of photograph(s) during mailing or shipping.
 

 How large should my photo be?
The minimum size would be a wallet sized photo 2" x 3".  Generally, your photos do not need to be any larger than 5" x 7" inches. We will accept photos up to 8" x 10" inches, however you will be responsible for sending a photo that size to us because they would not fit in the ORDER ENVELOPE.  Please see option 2 above for detailed delivery instructions.
 

How long will it take to receive my Golden Reflections pendant?
It will take approximately 3-7 business days from the moment we receive your order and photo, for you to receive your finished pendant.  Please refer to the shipping section to determine your approximate delivery time.
